Did you know that everyone is biased? It is the awareness of that bias which will keep us honest in our thinking. The question has been asked, does a small amount of bias affect decisions in the workplace? If someone has an attribute that we like we immediately have a bias towards that person.
Pinpointing bias is hard but becoming more aware of our unconscious thoughts will make us more aware of our bias so we can work together to fix them as thoughts affect behaviours.
